It’s the Friday before Christmas, and I’m officially the biggest procrastinator there is! Our Christmas tree is still not up, not a single present has been purchased, and don’t even ask about the Christmas cards that need to be mailed out ASAP.
In the spirit of laziness, I have also been staving off my hunger with PB & J sandwiches, cereal, cheese and crackers, apples…you get the picture. The one requirement for each meal = no cooking involved. Perhaps you have the opposite problem and have been in the kitchen 24-7 testing recipes, baking, cooking for friends and families, etc. Either way, I believe we could all benefit from eating more fresh fruits and vegetables these days, wouldn’t you agree? That is why I bring to you today a collection of healthy salad recipes I found on Healthy Aperture. The best part is you can do your body good without laboring away in the kitchen because who has time for that these days, right? 😉
