BANANA CHOCOLATE CHUNK MUFFINS

Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large mixing bowl, stir together the dry ingredients.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients.

Combine the dry and wet ingredients.

Gently stir in chocolate chunks and walnuts.

Divide batter evenly into 12 muffin cups.

Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the inserted toothpick in the center of a muffin comes out clean.

TIPS FOR SUCCESS

- Always use a spoon to scoop the flour into the measuring cup rather than scooping the flour out of the container or bag with your measuring cup. - Take eggs and yogurt out of the refrigerator at least 15 minutes prior to baking. - Use over-ripe bananas. - Do NOT over-mix the muffin batter.
