EASY BANANA BREAD WITH SELF-RISING FLOUR

Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large mixing bowl, peel and mash the bananas.

Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips or optional add-ins, if using.

Evenly distribute the batter into prepared loaf pan. Bake for for 30-35 minutes.

Allow the bread to cool in the pan for about 10-15 minutes. Then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.

You can simply enjoy the banana bread as is or spread some: – Butter - Cream Cheese - Yogurt - Peabut butter, nut butter or sunflower seed butter - Jam - A drizzle of honey
