ROASTED FROZEN VEGETABLES

1. Add frozen veggies to the baking sheet in a single layer. Place in the oven and roast for 5-10 minutes, depending on the vegetable.  3. Remove from the oven and add oil and seasonings of choice. Toss until well coated. 4. Place back in the oven and roast for another 5-10 minutes. If you want it to be extra crispy and brown, broil on high for 5 minutes or so.

1. Add frozen vegetables to a large skillet or frying pan. Add water and cook covered until the ice from the veggie melts. 2. Transfer to a colander and shake off excess moisture. Wipe down the pan. 3. Add oil to the same skillet and heat over medium-high heat. Add the vegetable and saute. 4. Add seasoning(s) of choice and a squeeze of fresh lemon always brightens it up.

SAUTEED FROZEN VEGETABLES

1. Place water in a pot, add steamer basket, and bring to a boil. 2. Add frozen veggie, cover, reduce heat to medium, and cook for 3-8 minutes, until tender. Transfer to a bowl and toss with seasoning(s) and lemon juice.

STEAMED FROZEN VEGETABLES

1. Place frozen vegetables with water into a microwave safe dish. 2. Cover with a lid or microwave-safe dish. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. 3. Stir and repeat every 30 seconds, until heated through. 4. Drain in a mesh strainer, add a little butter or oil and seasoning(s) of choice and enjoy!
