NO BAKE  CARROT BALLS

INGREDIENTS

Add chopped carrots to the food processor and blitz until finely chopped.

BLEND

Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until the dough clumps up and is sticky.

SCOOP & ROLL

Use a mini cookie scoop or tablespoon to scoop the dough and roll into bite-sized balls.

ENJOY

Enjoy immediately or refrigerate if you desire firm balls.

VARIATIONS

– Nut-free? swap nuts with sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds – Gluten-free? Be sure to use certified gluten-free oats – Desire more texture? add some raisins or even chocolate chips!
