HEALTHY OVERNIGHT WEETABIX

In a container (can be any shape), crush Weetabix biscuits. Add milk and flatten the Weetabix base with a back of a smooth.

Add mashed or sliced bananas on top.

COMBINE

In another bowl, combine yogurt, peanut butter, and cinnamon. Spread on top of the Weetabix and banana layer.

ENJOY

Close the container lid and store in the refrigerator overnight. Top with more banana, coconut, granola, or any toppings of choice and dig in!

YOGURT LAYER

You can spread any of these on top of the yogurt or combine with yogurt in a separate bowl before layering: – Fruit (mashed or pureed)  – Peanut or nut butter  – Jam  – Honey or maple syrup - for added sweetness – Date syrup - a great no added sugar alternative

TOPPING SUGGESTIONS

Add these on top of the yogurt layer right before serving: – Nuts – Seeds – Granola – Shredded coconut – Fresh fruits, like blueberries, raspberries, pears
