STRAWBERRY YOGURT CLUSTERS

In a bowl, combine the chopped strawberries, yogurt, and optional peanut butter, maple syrup, honey, or date syrup.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a spoon, drop small clusters of the strawberry mixture onto the parchment paper. Freeze for at least an hour or until the clusters are firm.

In a microwave-safe bowl or using a double boiler, melt chocolate chips along with coconut oil or olive oil in 30-second increments, stirring each time, until smooth.

coat & freeze

Remove the baking sheet from the freezer and dip each cluster into the melted chocolate using two forks, or drizzle the chocolate over the top.  Place back in the freezer to ensure chocolate hardens.

VARIATIONS

- Try with different fruits - blueberries, grapes, pineapple and many more. - Mix in chopped nuts, chocolate chips or granola.
