Ingredients

frozen pineapple

carrots
, peeled and shredded

rolled oats

milk of choice

Topping Suggestions
coconut, carrots, chia or hemp seeds, walnuts (finely chopped or ground for babies)
Instructions
Blend everything together, starting with ½ cup of milk, in a blender until creamy and smooth.
If consistency is too thick for your liking, add more milk. If too thin, add more frozen pineapple.
Pour into a bowl, add any of the suggested toppings. Grab a spoon and enjoy!

For babies, use breastmilk/formula or full-fat coconut milk
