3 ingredients are all you need to make this healthy blueberry yogurt. it's a delicious breakfast or snack option for the whole family, including babies and toddlers!
Add blueberries, lemon juice and zest, and vanilla extract into a food processor or blender. If using frozen blueberries, wait 10-15 minutes so they thaw enough to be blended.
Blend until smooth.
In a large bowl, add the yogurt and blueberry mixture. Stir with a spoon until well combined.
Taste and add some honey or maple syrup, if needed (see note).
Notes
If your blueberries taste too tart, you may need to add some honey or maple syrup to the puree. I suggest starting with 2 teaspoons and adding more as needed. If you want to avoid added sugar (which is recommended for kids under 2), try adding some applesauce or date syrup.
