Ingredients

plain yogurt

peanut butter, smooth or crunchy
Optional

teaspoon
pure vanilla extract

cinnamon

teaspoons
honey, maple syrup, or date syrup

tablespoons
finely grated carrots
Instructions
Add all the ingredients to a medium bowl and stir until smooth. Taste and add more honey, if you desire a sweeter dip.
Enjoy immediately or store in the refrigerator.
