Korean Red Bean Mochi Cake

Ingredients

1 lb. box Mochiko (or sweet rice flour)
¾
cup
sugar

teaspoon
baking soda
3
eggs
2 ½
cups
milk
½
stick butter
melted
1
can
18oz. sweetened red bean paste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F.
Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl and whisk until thoroughly combined.
Pour into a greased 9x13 pan.
Bake for about 45 minutes.
Cool completely before cutting into squares.
