Korean Red Bean Mochi Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 pack 1 lb. box Mochiko (or sweet rice flour)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 ½ cups milk
  • ½ stick butter melted
  • 1 can 18oz. sweetened red bean paste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350F.
  • Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl and whisk until thoroughly combined.
  • Pour into a greased 9x13 pan.
  • Bake for about 45 minutes.
  • Cool completely before cutting into squares.
