Loaded with nutrition, this carrot oatmeal smoothie bowl is the perfect veggie smoothie (but thicker!) for babies, kids, and adults!

  • ½ cup (78g) frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup (100g) carrots , peeled and shredded
  • cup (35g) rolled oats
  • ½- ⅔ cup milk of choice
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon

Topping Suggestions

  • coconut, carrots, chia or hemp seeds, walnuts (finely chopped or ground for babies)


  • Blend everything together, starting with ½ cup of milk, in a blender until creamy and smooth.
  • If consistency is too thick for your liking, add more milk. If too thin, add more frozen pineapple.
  • Pour into a bowl, add any of the suggested toppings. Grab a spoon and enjoy!


For babies, use breastmilk/formula or full-fat coconut milk
