Place flatbread on a sheet pan and spread pesto on top.
Top with mozzarella, tomatoes, and chicken.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the crust is crispy and cheese is melted.
Notes
To freeze: assemble however many pizzas you want to make. Place on a sheet pan and freeze for 30-45 minutes, or until frozen solid. Transfer to a freezer-safe bag.
