This pesto flatbread pizza is the perfect busy weekday meal! It can be on the table in under 20 minutes with minimal effort and ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1 flatbread crust
  • ¼ cup pesto, store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup diced chicken
  • cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 2 ouncecs fresh mozzarella cheese , sliced

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425° Fahrenheit.
  • Place flatbread on a sheet pan and spread pesto on top.
  • Top with mozzarella, tomatoes, and chicken.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the crust is crispy and cheese is melted.

Notes

To freeze: assemble however many pizzas you want to make. Place on a sheet pan and freeze for 30-45 minutes, or until frozen solid. Transfer to a freezer-safe bag.
