Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1 cup packed kale (20g)
  • 1 cup frozen mango (135g)
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • ½-1 medium banana (optional)

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in a high-powered blender in the order listed. Blend until smooth. It tastes best right after it's blended, but you can refrigerate for up to 4 hours. If you need to store for longer, then I recommend freezing into ice cube trays or popsicle molds.

  • If you desire a thicker and creamier smoothie, be sure to use frozen fruit. It will also make your drink nice and cold!
