Ingredients
8ouncescream cheese
1headbroccoli, cut into florets
1pint cherry tomatoes
1/4cup olive oil
8ounces pasta of choice
Optional
1-2teaspoonsgarlic powder
1/4teaspoonItalian seasoning (or any of your favorites)
1/4cupgrated parmesan
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C). Place the broccoli and cherry tomatoes in an oven-safe baking dish. Place the cream cheese in the middle of the dish. Pour olive oil on top and give everything a good toss. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain, reserving 1 cup of the starchy pasta water.
Remove the baking dish from the oven and smash the tomatoes and cream cheese with the back of a spoon.
Add the cooked pasta and toss to combine, adding some pasta water to thin out the mixture until desired consistency is reached.
Add any of the optional ingredients for a flavor boost. Enjoy immediately.
