About:

Hi, I’m Min—a pediatric registered dietitian and mom of two, here to help you feed your family with confidence, calm, and joy.

For over a decade, I’ve been helping families get healthy, nourishing meals on the table—fast. I know how hard it can feel to cook one meal everyone will actually eat, especially when you’re juggling a baby starting solids, a toddler with opinions, and your own desire to just get through dinner in peace.

The recipes I share are tried-and-true—not just in my kitchen, but in thousands of others. They’re simple, veggie-forward, and built with real life in mind: short on time, low on stress, and full of flavor. Whether you’re introducing solids, dealing with picky eating, or just trying to feed your family well without burning out, I’m here to guide you with evidence-based tips and a whole lot of grace.

Whether you’re just starting solids or navigating school lunchboxes and snack time meltdowns, I want you to know: you’re not alone, and you’re doing better than you think. Let’s take it one bite at a time—together.

You might not know…

  • I struggled with an eating disorder after college, which sparked my deep interest in nutrition and healing my relationship with food.
  • I’ve worn many hats—once a certified wedding planner and a baker at a wedding cake bakery.
  • I’m a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, and it’s also why I’m so passionate about helping raise a generation with a healthy, joyful relationship with food.
  • Before specializing in pediatric nutrition, I worked alongside a functional medicine doctor, supporting adults with autoimmune conditions.
  • After a 10-year journey through infertility, I had my miracle baby through IVF—and he’s the reason I shifted my focus to pediatric nutrition..
  • And fun fact: I will never turn down a warm brownie à la mode—ever. It’s my forever favorite.
