Blend until smooth and enjoy immediately.
Notes
It’s best to enjoy immediately but you can refrigerate and enjoy within 1 day.
Freeze in

or ice cube tray. When ready to enjoy, add 5-6 frozen cubes into the blender with some milk or yogurt and blend it up!
