Add cut mangoes to a food processor or blender. If your mangoes are very ripe and juicy, you may not need to add any liquid. However, if they're on the firmer side or if you want a smoother consistency, add a splash of water or lemon juice to help with blending.
Blend until smooth.

Transfer any leftover mango puree to an airtight container and store it in the refrigerator for up to 3 months.
To freeze, pour the mango puree into ice cube trays or small freezer trays. That way you can thaw only what you need for a recipe without having to defrost the entire batch. Once frozen, transfer the cubes or containers to a freezer bag for easy storage. Mango puree can be kept frozen for up to 6 months.
