Equipment
Blender
Ingredients
12
ounce
frozen mangoes, slightly thawed (or 2 ½ cups fresh mangoes)
1
cup
coconut cream
1
teaspoon
vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
Add mango chunks and coconut cream into a blender. If using frozen, be sure to thaw slightly so it's easier to process. Blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture into your mold. Freeze for at least six hours, preferably overnight.
Notes
Taste after blending. Depending on the sweetness of the mangos, you may need to add a touch of honey or maple syrup.
The number of popsicles you will get from this recipe depends on your popsicle mold.
Also depending on your mold, you may need to run it under warm water to help get the popsicles out.
