Ingredients
1cupplain yogurt
1mediumripe banana
Optional
1/2teaspooncinnamon
1-2tablespoonsPeanut butter, nut butter, or sunflower seed butter
1-2tablespoonshoney or maple syrup

Instructions
Add banana to a blender and puree until smooth.
In a bowl, combine the plain yogurt with the banana puree. Stir in any of the optional add-ins.
Notes
Use ripe banana with plenty of brown spots to naturally sweetened the yogurt without the need for additional added sugar.
If you prefer a chunky texture, you can mash the banana with the back of a fork.
