Ingredients
1 cup(100g) shredded chicken
1medium avocado, mashed
1tablespoonGreek yogurt
1/2teaspooncurry powder
1/4teaspoongarlic powder
3tablespoonsfinely chopped cucumber
3tablespoonsfinely grated carrots
1tablespoonlime juice

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Taste and feel free to add more yogurt, lime juice, curry powder, or veggies to your liking!
Notes
Can keep in the fridge for 1-2 days. But do keep in mind that just like guacamole, it will turn brown after a few hours from oxidation when exposed to air. You can add more lime juice to help slow down the browning and cover with plastic wrap directly on the surface of the salad to keep the air out.But even if it does turn brown, it's still fine to eat.
