unsweetened shredded coconut

Instructions
Add mango and shredded coconut to your food processor or blender. If using frozen, wait at least 20 minutes so they thaw enough to be blended.
Blend until smooth.
In a large bowl, add the yogurt and mango puree. Stir with a spoon until well combined.
Taste and add a little honey or maple syrup, if desired.
Notes
Refrigerate for up to 5 days.
