Instructions
In a bowl, combine the strawberries, yogurt, and optional peanut butter, maple syrup, honey, or date syrup.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a spoon, drop small clusters of the strawberry-yogurt mixture onto the parchment paper. Leave some space between each cluster.
Freeze for an hour or until the clusters are firm.
In a microwave-safe bowl or using a double boiler, melt the chocolate chips along with coconut oil or olive oil in 30 second increments, stirring each time, until smooth.
Remove the baking sheet from the freezer and dip each cluster into the melted chocolate using two forks, or drizzle the chocolate over the top. Ensure each cluster is coated to your liking.
Place back in the freezer for 10 minutes to ensure chocolate hardens.
Let them thaw for a few minutes before enjoying!
Notes
Be sure to line your baking sheet with parchment paper for easy removal and cleanup. This is a must!!
For babies and toddlers, make the clusters small and leave out the chocolate coating. They will still be delicious without. Thaw until the yogurt starts to melt to make it easier to eat.
Work quickly when dipping the yogurt clusters as the chocolate will harden quickly from the cold clusters
