Autumn-inspired vegan cheese with minimal ingredients that you can whip up in minutes. It’s healthy, delicious, and serve as a sauce, spread, or dip!

Vegan Curried Pumpkin Cheese Sauce

Whether you have food sensitivities and allergies, or you are a foodie, lover of nuts or a pumpkin-on-everything aficionado, this amped-up creamy vegan sauce is sure to satisfy. It’s important to note, however, that this isn’t a substitute for conventional dairy cheese. Instead, consider it a delicious and healthy alternative to your favorite fall dips. I stored mine in a mason jar and enjoyed it for several days as a sauce, spread, and dip. Just make sure you have plenty of vegetables and crunchy goodies ;).

  1. My stomach is grumbling just thinking about this recipe. Can’t wait to try this. Genius girl!

  2. I just bought a Curry Pumpkin Sauce from my CSA! I haven’t used it yet but if I had seen this recipe before I would have been set. This looks so good and is such a creative idea.

  3. You teaser you! Heading over there now :). Glad your back in action! Can’t wait to leave- 3 days!!! Any must try places in Rotorua or Aukland?!

    1. Ooh Liz!!! Oh my gosh, you guys are going to have such a wonderful time!! I so wanna go back!!!! So we just stayed in Aukland overnight so I don’t have any recommendations, but it is the most populated city so I’m sure there are tons of things to do and delicious eateries. We stayed in Rotorua (get ready for the smell) for 2 days. We went to the Maori cultural village (so fun! Tim was chosen as the chief and you’ll see what I mean by that if you decide to go), Glow warm caves, the Hobbiton (it’s not in Rotorua but their bus will come pick you up wherever you are staying), geothermal hot springs. Hope this helps!! Can’t wait to chat with you when you get back!!
