Make a huge pot of this hearty and nutritious BBQ Beef Chili without beans and smother it all over baked root vegetable fries! It's quick, easy to make and sure to be a crowd-pleaser.

Baked Vegetable Fries with BBQ Beef Chili

February and 80+ degree weather just doesn't make sense. But then again, I live in Texas. If I recall correctly (it's been a while since I experienced a true winter), although chili tastes great any time, it's especially good when it's nippy out! There's just something about holding and enjoying a bowl of chili while wrapped up like a cocoon in a warm blanket with fuzzy socks on. Always socks.

So for all you non-Texans who are actually experiencing winter, make this bold-flavored ultimate comfort food - BBQ Beef Chili - now! And for my fellow Texans, you might sweat a lil' while eating, but that's ok! And look! I even made it without the beans 😉 #Texansapproved.
