Whether enjoyed cold or warm, these fall-inspired overnight oats make for quick & easy, delicious, and healthy breakfast or snack!

With the new season comes a whole different array of flavor combinations to intrigue your taste buds. Don’t get me wrong. I love LOVE the summer bounty and will miss it greatly (tomato + cucumber + basil + goat cheese + balsamic vinegar was my jam!). However, just as I prepare to zestfully put on a scarf and slap on my boots, it’s time to make room for the new tasty guys in town (ahem pumpkin).
The benefits of eating seasonally are plenty. Not only is it more economical, produce that’s harvested and enjoyed at its peak contains more nutrients. And of course, it’s much tastier.

To make the seasonal transition easier, I’ve got 4 fall-inspired overnight oats for you. And in case you missed it, check out my tutorial on how to make perfect overnight oats. I didn’t deviate much from my basic ingredients and their ratios other than doctoring them up with autumn spices, pumpkin, apples and pears, oh my!
If you prefer to enjoy them warm, simply reheat the next morning. With the weather being so stubborn here in Texas, I have a feeling I’ll be enjoying them cold well into November.
