An easy recipe for no-cook mint chocolate fudge that is healthy and delicious! All you need is a blender and 6 ingredients, and you can bite into this rich, chocolate-y goodness in no time.

Healthy No Cook Mint Chocolate Fudge

Having grown up in Korea, making fudge was not a family holiday tradition. However, I quickly learned from my friends that homemade fudge makes for a delicious and thoughtful gift. Traditionally, fudge consists of copious amounts of butter, milk, refined sugar, and other flavoring agents. Not to mention, the ingredients need to be boiled together in a pot. Now what if I told you there’s a much easier and healthier way to prepare this delightful treat without sacrificing the rich and silky smooth texture?

If so, head on over to the Food Network's Healthy Eats Blog for the full recipe as well as some tips and suggestions. Happy Holidays (can't believe Christmas is next week!! I need to do some serious Amazon shopping), and I hope this no-cook, healthy mint chocolate fudge brings you even more joy and excitement as we celebrate the birth of our Savior!

I was just commenting to someone the other day that Food Network needs a healthy overhaul. I see too many unhealthy things on their show. I'm glad to see you are changing that!
