Oil-free, tofu mayo with Greek yogurt that's the perfect sauce for babies and toddlers! Serve with vegetables, pasta, sandwiches, and much more!

I have nothing against the traditional mayo as I don’t believe in categorizing food as good or bad (it’s all about balance!), but I’m all about experimenting and having fun using different ingredients and methods to put a twist on a classic, like this egg-free, oil-free, protein-packed tofu mayo!

The reason why I wanted to try this is because my 16 month old son absolutely LOVES his tofu, and I thought it’d be a fun and nutritious way to incorporate it into his meals.

    Ingredients for Tofu Mayo

I made this both with and without the yogurt, and it didn’t appear as though he preferred one over the other. In that case, I’m going to keep adding the yogurt for some extra protein and probiotics!

    Instructions

This creamy, nutty, and slightly tangy concoction couldn’t be easier to make!

Just add all the ingredients to your blender and blend! You don’t necessarily have to add the yogurt, but I personally think the sesame seeds are a must. It adds this lovely nutty element that C (and this mama) just adore!

    Serving Suggestions

This tofu mayo will be perfect in sandwiches, wraps, or can be used as a sauce for pasta or dishes with various grains. You can do the same with this tofu cream cheese!

I love to use it as a dip and serve with steam roasted vegetables. C hasn’t been a fan of brussels sprouts lately, but he gobbled them up like it was going out of style when I served them with this magical sauce!

Do we need to cook the tofu? Or can be used straight from the package?
